Luis Loza, DDS
Dr. Luis Loza graduated dental school in Peru. He went into private practice with his father, David Loza, for 4 years. He then attended the University of Maryland’s Dental School where he pursued a degree in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. He was 2nd year chief resident. He is certified in Invisalign. His skills include all phases of restorative, cosmetic, endodontic and implant dentistry. He utilizes the latest techniques and technology, including the digital impression system called the PrimeScan. He has two sons, Nicolas and Matthew. He loves to play golf and soccer.
Natalia Lopez Hernandez
DDS, MS Orthodontist
Dr. Natalia Lopez Hernandez is a highly skilled orthodontist who strives to build a positive relationship with each patient and truly enjoys getting to know them. She believes that when patients are able to establish a relationship with their healthcare providers, they feel more understood and cared for. She is dedicated to offering high-quality, individualized care to achieve her patients’ best possible outcomes.
Beginning her dental career as a dental assistant, Dr. Lopez Hernandez earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Institución Universitaria Colegios de Colombia, Colegio Odontológico in Bogotá, Colombia. She then went on to complete the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program, as well as an Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics residency from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Dr. Lopez Hernandez is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics and International Association of Dental Research, and she is fluent in both English and Spanish.
When she is not improving smiles, Dr. Lopez Hernandez enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, walking, dancing and cooking.
Ramy Habib, BDS, MPH, MS
Board Certified Periodontist
Dr. Ramy Habib is a Board-Certified Periodontist. After completing dental school, Dr. Habib obtained his Masters of Public Health degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Following this, he continued his education at Columbia University in New York City and received a Dental Public Health Certification. He then joined the post-graduate program in Periodontics at Columbia University where he earned his Masters of Science Degree and Certification in Periodontics.
During his time at Columbia University, Dr. Habib was fortunate to work with each of the university’s well-versed faculty members and receive training in all different aspects of periodontology; including classic periodontal and implant-related surgeries. Dr. Habib’s training has provided him with the skills and understanding of what it means to provide superior patient care. He is able to educate the patient on the treatment plan so that they can work together to provide the optimal treatment for each individual.
His areas of interest include soft tissue augmentation surgeries, dental implants, guided bone and tissue regeneration, ridge augmentation, sinus lift, laser-assisted periodontal surgeries, and wisdom teeth extractions.
When Dr. Habib is outside of the dental practice in Herndon, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
